A professional massage therapist certified in Ayurveda therapeutic massage, Ayurveda Yoga massage and Namikoshi Shiatsu massage. She trained in both Ayurveda therapeutic massage and Ayurveda Yoga massage in Mogu school, India with a guru named Ranjeet (an experienced healer with 20+ years). She later trained in Namikoshi Shiatsu massage under a Shiatsu/Karate master named Joel (who has 20+ years experience and has trained under a direct student of Namikoshi in Japan). She has practiced massage throughout India, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda and Portugal. In her sessions, she guides her clients to maximize their bodies own healing capacities through the power of breath and touch.
